The fixed hourly charge rate, takes into account the pay rate, holiday/sick pay and NI, and is agreed and confirmed in writing before they commence work. The number of hours worked are flexible and may vary from week to week, according to business need.

Stage One
Registration
Register your interest on our Website. Shortly after you have completed and submitted your company profile you will receive an introductory email confirming your status as a Business Partner with an overview of our services, processes and procedures on how to register your vacant positions.

Stage Two
Introduction
Blackstone will make contact to answer any questions. Our success stems from a clear understanding of our Business Partners, their culture and values and the type of personality that suits the pressures of their specific working environment. Time invested in the introduction stage means that we can profile, streamline and handpick a strong shortlist of the best of our suitable interim temporary candidates that match requirements each time a vacancy arises.

Stage Three
Vacancy Registration and Advertising
We agree on job descriptions and personal specifications and then search for appropriate registered candidates. We may also advertise your vacancy on our website.

Stage Four
Short-listing and Interview (Optional)
Detailed career profiles on each of the candidates who make our shortlist are supplied and each applicant is assessed on their skills and experiences in comparison to job description and personal specification. Choice regarding interview is then left to the discretion of our business partners. We will help arrange timescales for interviews and feedback if appropriate.
Stage Five
Budgeting and Administration
Once happy with your choice of temporary candidate, timescales, start dates and working hours etc, the fixed hourly charge rate is agreed, which takes into account the pay rate, holiday/sick pay and NI, and is confirmed in writing before the assignment commences work. Blackstone will look after all statutory employment requirements and payroll issues, with our Business Partners simply paying weekly only for those hours authorised in any given week.
Stage Six
Aftercare and Performance Monitoring
At a suitable time agreeable to our Business Partners, Blackstone will arrange a meeting to review the performance of the flexible employee we place with you. This guarantees peace of mind by offering a replacement in the unlikely event of any issues.
