To do that, it’s important that we really get to know your business, and understand what you’re looking for. What happens if the temporary member of staff does not work out?

This event is very unlikely, however, provided we have been informed as soon as a problem is identified, we will do all we can to resolve any difficulties you may have.

How much will a permanent candidate cost?

Nothing initially. There is no charge for our service until our candidate has commenced their employment with you. Only on their first day will you be invoiced by Blackstone.

What happens if the Permanent candidate does not work out?

Again this is very unlikely to happen. Should this prove to be the case we offer a sliding scale percentage rebate. In some instances Blackstone may also search again at a reduced rate.
